We were so happy with our bathroom vanities that we again called McLeod's Set In Stone for new kitchen countertops. What Scott doesn't tell you is that he is an artist using granite as his medium. His placement of the beautiful, unique designs within each portion of the granite is a skill that only someone with design conception, in addition to technical ability, can accomplish, along with caring about the product and client. From start to finish on our granite kitchen countertops, we were totally impressed with McLeod's. Scott spent a lot of time giving us a Granite 101 lesson on our first visit. When we had trouble shopping for and making a decision on which tile to use on the backsplash, he actually consulted an interior decorator and he came over to the house with samples. We agreed on one of his samples, and love it more every day. The installation was very professionally done and clean-up was meticulous - Scott is definitely a perfectionist (and a great guy). We had Scott come out to our home one day and discuss an idea we had for wall caps in our foyer. After he showed us some pictures, and gave us some great ideas, we went down to his granite yard and picked out the perfect piece. His selection of granite was impressive and with his help we selected the perfect color. His work was done to perfection, people that see it comment on the precision of the double stacking book match (where the grain of the granite lines up).
